• Talking to the consultants regularly and ensuring that they are aware of the sales procedures followed by the company.• Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the consultants and assisting them in resume preparation.• Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, Net Temps, etc.• Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.• Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.• Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. • Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.• Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.• Analyze the feedbacks given by the vendors and the end clients after the interview calls.• Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.• Reporting Directly to Vice – President• Preparing the consultants resumes and changing the resumes as per the requirement.Team Management Responsibilities:• Provide Continuous and Constant Motivation to all the team members.• Create a feeling of oneness and unity among the team members.• Conduct meetings on a periodical basis to ensure that the targets are achieved at proper time.• Maintain regular correspondence with all levels of managements to ensure proper coordination and proper flow of information.• Generate and submit the performance reports of individual team members to the higher managements for impartial appraisal. • Maintain the data of all the Sub contractors, independent contractors, Tier one vendors and end clients.• Prepare excel sheets and record all submissions. • Assign sales persons to market bench consultants.
