At Sparklingtide, most of the projects are aimed to develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). This was an environment of fast-paced development and significant uncertainty, where adaptability and swift problem-solving skills were paramount. A particularly challenging project I participated in was the development of a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange on the Ethereum blockchain. We were employing a microservice event-based architecture in coordination with blockchain oracles and web3 client. A major challenge faced during this project was the synchronization of data between the blockchain and centralized services, which required innovative solutions and a solid understanding of both decentralized and traditional data management systems.I also had the opportunity to contribute to the project as an analyst. I took the initiative to streamlinine our documentation process, a critical component of the project given the fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment. My role involved developing an approach to requirements documentation that was easy to navigate, more understandable for the team, and transparent about the available levels of requirement detail.These experiences, combining both technical and analytical tasks, have honed my skills as a well-rounded professional, competent in various aspects of a project within a development team.

Hice Bank is a startup company with mobile banking service. I was the only analyst in Backend team and beside writing requirements for new features my goal was to implement new documentation approach that allows to write an extensive documentation within context of existing processes with minimal effort.Additionally, I took on the role of a Python developer, contributing to the development of microservices. This dual role allowed me to seamlessly integrate analysis and implementation, ensuring the effective enhancement of the existing processes while minimizing the effort required for extensive documentation.

I was invited as an analyst with expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM, yet after 2 moths I was promoted to Product Owner. My goals were to implement new features that would support rapidly changing business processes and make them correspond with policy of global migration to microservice architecture.Major challenges were:+ Leading a full project team+ Nececcity to find a correct architectual solution in a short time.

At GetCRM I used my expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM to implement a loalty program for Tatneft oil company.

Career start in IT. I started as a QA Engineer then soon became a team lead of QA on a project and half a year after employment I started working as an Analyst.
