Jay Menard loves his jobs. By day he is a proud driver of a school bus in one of Houston’s largest school districts. When he is not driving, he works on the camera systems on the buses. In addition Jay enjoys working with the training team for new hires. Jay is the last person they talk to before they walk out the door to start their career as a driver. Jay shares with each of them what they can expect as far as culture, children, supervisors and anything else that's key to making their time here better. I just wanted to give kudos to Jay Menard. He came out to our in-service training and did a wonderful job presenting the drivers point of view. He talked about problems the driver faces and gave some insight on what the drivers could do in those incidents. He had the correct balance of humor in his presentation.
