•Coordinate and follow up closely all existing & potential crisis cases in order to minimize the all reputation risks of Vodafone Turkey.•Sustain corporate reputation through effective crisis coordination and immediate reporting to Executive Committee members. •Lead all media/PR/customer /employee communication of Vodafone Turkey during crisis and risk situations.•Follow up closely social media contents and comments to Vodafone Turkey•Analyse all social media contents and conversations about Vodafone, taking initial preventive actions if there is any risky situation.•Understand the needs & providing optimal solutions for complaints from high segment customers, press and celebrities.•Track closely all political developments, sector news and competitors' agenda, informing related parties if there is any precaution to take.•Prepare Vodafone Turkey crisis procedures & ensure that VF Crisis management procedures are well implemented•Organize crisis simulations & trainings for the crisis team members• Analyse all sectoral advertisements & coordinate advertisement complaints
