Volatile compounds were captured in various ways and added to non-alcoholic beer during the manufacturing process to ensure regular beer flavor. Significant beer aromas were also encountered to evaporate during the process in the rotary evaporator.

Thanks to the TUPRAS family; my team and I with different aspects created our project called 'Green Refinery' that serves sustainable development goals.
