- Being a team member of Learning Management System and a super admin of MTI Academy,- Joining every single project related to MTI Academy, - Taking charge in two Turkish companies which belong to Minerals Technologies corporate, related to all human resources processes,- Working close with Global Payroll Manager and external payroll provider in payroll processes,- Being a member of EMEA HR Team, supporting the team for EMEA countries and directly responsible of Turkey, Finland and South Africa,- Register a new hire, make data changes and terminate the employee in PeopleSoft program (Oracle-based), - Tracking of mid-year and annual performance reviews in the system and support both the employees and the supervisors / managers,- Tracking of operational excellence and fulfilling the related tasks which are assigned to me,- Making the reference checks to candidates and ensuring that the pre-employment process is carried out (such as employment documents check, registration into MTI System and registration of SSI,- Tracking of termination processes,- Tracking of Group Health and Life Insurance, individual retirement (Otobes) and bailiff letters and deductions,- Reporting to Regional HR Manager, EMEA HR Manager and global on a monthly basis,- Being a part of the Quality Team in internal and external audits of ISO 9001.

- Tracking of all white and blue collars' recruitment processes from end to end,- Being an employer representative for HR related issues, - Organizing of new comer orientation plan and training the new hire about Csun system trainings, - Planning and organizing of internal and external trainings according to training plan,- Being responsible of employee relations (union and white collars)- Preparing weekly and monthly HR reports,- Organizing of internal and external activities (such as birthdays, new year parties)- Tracking of Probationary Periods and Position Change Processes (promotions, demotions and department transfers),- Preparing and updating of related HR forms, job descriptions, procedures and annual Training Plan,- Organizing of annual health report renew, - Tracking of KPI processes,- Searching new applications for the company innovation.

- Supporting HR Specialist for white collar recruitment processes,- Preparing the orientation plans for new hires,- Working on a project of creating job descriptions,- Tracking of training records,- Tracking of white collar attendance system,- Taking part in company's social and cultural activities, - Receiving internship applications and organizing their work periods,- Supporting the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System activities.
