I am a labor and delivery nurse for two and a half years. My professional history includes being a patient experience associate in patient relations, while I was a nursing student. I believe the skills I have gained from both of these positions have helped me grow into the caring proactive nurse that I am today. Most recently, my responsibilities as a registered nurse on Labor and Delivery include being charge nurse of the unit, orienting new nurses, and collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure safe care is provided to our patients and their families. I find great pride in my work at labor and delivery, I love being a part of a team and caring for new families. I think the support and care I provide is crucial.
