- Be a part of the project that building up İnnova Akademi-Collect the needs and prepare the catalog with the new training-Plan the trainings for the quarters and organize them and follow-up- Analyzing needs of trainings, to organizing annual internal / external trainings and to carrying out operational processes, - Designing training methods- Conducting research on technical, personal development, change/transformation trainings, to producing projects and organize events on the planning and implementation of social events that will increase trends and motivation, develop belonging- Organizing seminars with speakers from external companies in the field of technical and personal development for employee motivation- Planning from of all in-class and online trainings on the E-Nocta platform- Ensuring the necessary communication and coordination with the companies that we work- Tracking of all invoices about trainings and organizations-Set and control the budget- Conducting measurement and evaluation processes- Carrying out all the reporting works of the Academy- Making the Orientation Presentation and following the whole process
