CurrentBiologics Services:• Execute immunoassays using validated methods to assess the pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of biological drugs in human/animal serum and plasma matrices.• Conduct a variety of tests including binding assays, Simoa, Ella, Luminex, Elisa, MSD and/or for Pharmacokinetic and Immunogenicity studies.• Validated diverse biomarker assays utilizing ELISA and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) platforms, covering single plex and multiplex formats across various matrices (e.g., plasma, serum). Ensured compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for preclinical and clinical development programs.• Documented and reported all testing data in laboratory reports. • Managed maintenance and calibration of technical instruments.• Executed assigned tasks promptly in adherence to standard operating procedures and supervisor directives.• Managed bioanalytical services in compliance with SOP, GLP, and regulatory standards.• Conducted thorough literature reviews to inform research project decisions with up-to-date findings in the field.• Developed a research database to store and organize data from the research project.Assay Development:• Flow Cytometry• PCR• RNA isolation/ extraction• Non-GLP immuno assays such as ELISA and MSD
