As an English teacher for adult learners, my role is to help them develop and improve their language skills in order to communicate effectively in English. I've assessed learners by setting clear objectives that are specific, measurable, achievable and relevant. I've developed lesson plans that have been created well-structured and engaging. I've been providing constructive feedback to track their progress and identify areas for improvement. Besides, I've worked with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, I've been creating a respectful and inclusive environment where learners can share their perspectives and experiences.

I've been working with teenagers using authentic materials like songs, videos, articles, and popular culture references to make the learning experience engaging and relatable. I've included them in activities encouraging group work, pair work, and discussions to promote active participation and foster teamwork. I am also aware of encouraging them to set personal learning goals, and plan, and organize their study time. I provide guidance and support as they become more autonomous learners.
