My role consists in the application of software quality tests to the developments made by the Development Management of the institution, as well as the different software providers that the bank has contracted. In that order of ideas I have achieved the following objectives.- Testing in the development of the Internet Banking application, where it has been possible to solve a total of 80% of the incidents, using the MantisBT tool.- Stress testing of public SOAP API, which allowed us to detect a bad server configuration and optimize operations by 60%, this was done using Apache JMeter.- Design of the new server architecture, where I recommended the implementation of HA Proxy, load balancer, Backend for Frontend, as well as the redundancy of logging services through Syslog.- Stress and operability testing of the new REST API using Postman and Apache Jmeter (testing of queued operations, concurrent operations, downtime of any element (Main DB Server, Core Banking, Shipping Carrier, etc).

My role consisted of managing the deployed applications and their security. All with the aim of offering the best experience with all the apps. I made a CRM that manages all SMS, push notifications, and Whatsapp 2FA messages, this CRM was made using Laravel 10 and Fillament php. I made a module to manage all the files of a law firm, this module was integrated using CodeIgniter 3, MySQL. I made an Admin Panel that manages all the data generated by the MB24 application, this panel was made using Laravel 10, MSSQL, and Fillament php. I made a script to automate all database backups, this script was made using Bash. I made a script to automate the sending of all invoices generated by Profit Software to the eSign provider, this script was made using Bash. I made an application that allows the creation of wifi zones and manage them through an administrative panel built in Laravel 10 and Filament 3. My functions within the institution implied the administration of all resources and comunications services (Telephony, Servers and Networks), the security of data (Logging, email service, VPN access and database administrator), and automate the integration of all home made applications (DevOps Engineer). All for the objective to get the maximum availability for internal and external users.In that order of ideas, I have completed the following projects:- I migrated some applications with PHP 5 to Docker containers. Which improved the experience with those applications by 60%. Those applications are be a Docker Swarm cluster.- I implemented a GitLab CE server to establish a CI/CD cycle and deploying the newest applications in the Docker Swarm easly. Which improved the deploy process in 100%.- I implemented a email server with Zimbra CE, with SSL Certificate (Let's encrypt), due the old mail server was badly configurated and deprecated.- I Implemented a monitoring system (Zabbix) to manage network devices, which improved incident resolution by 80%.- I implemented a VPN server (OpenVPN) to access network resources from the outside, which improved productivity by 40%, since it was possible to create a hybrid support scheme.- Designed and implemented a star type network to improve the quality of the institution's connections, using Mikrotik switches and routers. which improved the quality of the network by 100%.Tech Stack: Mikrotik, Ubuntu Server, Linux, Unifi, Zabbix, Docker, Docker Swarm, GLPI, Zimbra CE, Gitlab.

My tasks were focused to developing IT solutions for the institution, also with the responsibility of providing maintenance to existing applications. In this period, i made with the following projects: - I developed a cryptocurrency payment API in the main application of the institution. Which, increased the institution's revenue by 160%. - I created a warehouse management system to improve the management of material requests to the institution's warehouse, which automated the process by 100%. - Optimized an Intranet application that reduced to only minutes the requests for work certificates and payment receipts, which reduced the amount of printed paper by 30%.Tech Stack: PHP, JQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Git, CodeIgniter, Laravel
