Experienced media professional and digital marketer with a passion for mindfulness and wellbeing. I combine my background in fine arts and a degree in film with a deep understanding of digital communications to create engaging content and strategies. My work extends beyond the digital realm, as a mindfulness and compassion teacher, coach, yoga instructor and permaculture designer, I advocate for sustainable living and holistic wellbeing. Currently, I serve as a Wellbeing Officer and Digital Marketer in London in a training provider charity and offer individual and corporate coaching sessions and wellbeing programmes through Living Mindful and Artinfusion.
