I am a fourth-year Psychology student at Eastern Mediterranean University, passionate about Clinical Psychology and the science of mental health. With a solid foundation in human behavior, communication, and psychological evaluation, I am eager to to apply my skills to support mental health and promote well-being in diverse client populations.Throughout my academic career I have focused on topics such as Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Psychological Testing and Measurement, Psychopathology, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of psychological disorders, mental health therapies and psychological assessment, and a solid background in the core subjects of psychology. The projects we have conducted for our courses throughout my academic career have provided me with analytical and interpersonal skills along with hands-on experience in project organisation and team collaboration, and I have also developed my communication, active listening and problem solving skills to deliver effective mental health services. My proficiency in Microsoft Office, SPSS and various assessment tools allows me to effectively manage data, conduct assessments and analyse results to support evidence-based practice. My goal is to deepen my knowledge through a master’s program where I can further develop my skills in psychological assessment, client-centered therapy, and therapeutic intervention. I am particularly interested in learning more about evidence-based treatment approaches and contributing to research that enhances mental health care. I am committed to using this advanced education to support diverse client populations and help them achieve mental and emotional well-being.With a strong dedication to lifelong learning and professional development, I am excited about the opportunity to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I look forward to applying my academic background and passion for mental health to a graduate program that will prepare me for impactful work in clinical settings.
