Scaled the team from 0 to 50 employees in short order as the business scaled in Silicon Valley.Collaborated with CEO, Engineering, Product, Customer Success and G&A functions to ensure strategy, resource allocation and implementation plans were aligned to drive short and long term achievement of objectives.Reflektive’s mission is to make employee performance management more continuous and lightweight. We have 400+ customers including Nutanix, Uber, Airbnb, Braintree, Comcast, and many more. Raised $100m in capital from Andreessen Horowitz, TPG & Lightspeed.

Head of South East Asia for Disney Interactive/Playdom. In this role, I was focused on scaling Playdom’s development center in India and Bangladesh. I was responsible for building the India office and scaling it to about 120 people. Subsequently, the most successful game franchise from Playdom was launched from the studio and team I had helped build. This game franchise quickly grew to over $100M in revenue. We were able to successfully shift gears from startup phase to growth-phase by:1) Putting processes in place for operations (HR, Finance, Legal & facilities team etc) to support our scale2) Up-levelling our quality of talent 3) grew from being a development center to supporting multiple functions such as BI, Tech Ops, Product ManagementPlaydom was eventually acquired by The Walt Disney Company, where I spent a few years continuing to help consolidate and scale the operations. Evolving from a high growth startup to one of the largest companies in the world, was an exhilarating and memorable experience.
