As a Cohort Facilitator, my role revolves around effectively managing and supporting groups of students enrolled in a software development diploma program. I play a crucial role in their growth and success by leading insightful weekly stand-up meetings. In these meetings, I provide valuable guidance on program content and tackle complex aspects of software development, ensuring that students stay on track and make progress.A key aspect of my responsibility involves meticulously tracking and monitoring students' metrics to ensure they meet project deadlines and maintain a consistent pace. Leveraging my scripting skills, I develop custom scripts that automate administrative tasks, resulting in enhanced efficiency and more focused efforts on impactful work.Beyond my involvement with the student cohort, I actively contribute to the wider community by creating and delivering engaging presentations.
