He has founded three companies: the first failed, the second scaled and sold, and the third is the highly successful Management Consulting and Enablement firm, Your Best BET, where he is the Chairman and Managing Partner. Matt is also the Chief Operating Officer at iFIT, one of the world's largest connected and interactive fitness companies, whose legendary brands include NordicTrack, ProForm, Freemotion, and Wieder. Matt brings a purpose-driven, customer-obsessed, and bias-for-action leadership style to iFIT, helping the organization level up, scale, and deliver cutting-edge technologies and solutions. At HARMAN/Samsung, Matt held executive roles in Product Development, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. He led the organization's operations, transformation, and M&A activities for the commercial division, which doubled the organization's size in three years.Matt has a BS in Management from the University of Utah and is certified in Supply Chain Management and Factory Physics from the Kellogg School of Management. He is also a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and project management professional.
