I used to be a hardcore sports fan. Received many individual championship awards and what not, all related to sports. Also scored a runner up in an all UAE clusters event.These days, I am more compassionate in helping customers and the organization I work with as a Telesales/Customer Service Executive. I worked as a telesales representative in Al Bakri General Trading for 2+ years selling pet food supplies and listening to their wonderful pet stories and sorrows. I have engaged myself in animal rescuing as well from time to time which I LOVE to do. As you can already say I am VERY compassionate about animals and am willing to do what is of my maximum capacity for them. I also love helping clients to solve their issues, even personal to a level, at times. Throughout my work experience I have learned I love helping out clients with issues they have with the organization. I basically feel what they are going through and do my best to make them happy! And not to brag, but they mostly are satisfied after I am done with them! ^_^ In my free time my head is always in a book or watching a movie though I prefer reading books as I get to learn so many new things and it takes me to a whole new world!
