My aim is to discover and develop the potential in each pupil. With ID(D): INSPIRATION - DISCIPLINE - DEDICATION. This creates positive environment among swimmers that will promote skills to commitment, discipline and dedication in productive atmosphere where hard work and fun is achieved through the day to day routine. I endeavor to value; Respect, Enthusiasm, Positivity Encouragement, Accepting and Trusting (REPEAT). My aim is to deliver hardworking sessions and to have passion whilst delivering these sessions. 'Passion is contagious' and giving hope, care and belief lies strongly in my philosophy. Most importantly I inspire and grow valuable life skills. By executing this i hope to gain well- rounded people with great sportsmanship attitude, excellent team work.

During this time as a director of water sports I have achieved: Running swimming club for athletes, organizing national swimming competitions, coordinating and managing with other organizations, planning curriculum, handling treasury and liaising with leaders to promote swimming culture.I have acquired EFR rescue and Scuba diving instructor course, collaborate with the international leaders like PADI organization, marketing scuba gear, scuba courses, conducting extensive classes, training fun activities like sailing, snorkeling, kayaking.
