Developed the LYSD Technology Plan, balanced $6.5 million budget, and successfully guided district toward 2 years of measurable student achievement gains believed to be correlated to technology innovations. Implemented the refresh of all devices from server cores and switches to end user imaging and workstations. Opened 2 new school sites including project management of subcontractors, procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and electronics, and over- sight of demolitions/openings.
