I am Bhushan D., a UX/UI Designer with over 12 years of experience as a Creative Art Director in advertising and a degree in B.F.A (Bachelor of Fine Arts). Now also a graduate from the d.MBA, a six-week Business fundamentals program curated specially for Designers.During my stint in advertising, I conceptualized & presented creative brand campaigns to the stakeholders and clients. My skills also included designing the brand identity and writing TVC scripts, organizing and directing the campaign print shoots, and creatively consulting for the TVC shoots.While leading a team of art directors, designers and copywriters, I developed team communication, team management, project management and interpersonal skills.I collaborated with the project stakeholders, such as account managers, brand strategists, client servicing, photographers, film directors, editors, models and actors, fashion stylists, set designers etc. to execute and meet the project deadline. We offered solutions to the client’s problems and needs through the creative and marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media which delivered the necessary results for the client.My passion for storytelling led me towards user experience design.
