Currently, I lead the Learning Support Department while serving as a member of both the Primary School Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at The Aga Khan Academy, Maputo. In this role, I work collaboratively to shape school-wide initiatives, enhance student outcomes, and build a culture of inclusion. My leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that when people feel safe, seen, and valued, they are able to bring their authentic selves to their work and perform at their best.
