This position reports to the Chairman of the board, is a member the senior leadership team and is responsible for the P&L, the optimization of the operational workforce structure, the business plan and strategy of the company. Responsibilities include setting the company’s strategic direction for the medical, semi-conductor, and data sorting sectors. Artmetco provides a broad range of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. Depending on customer needs, custom assembly solutions ranging from manual to semi-automatic to high speed, fully automated can be designed, developed and implemented.

Reporting to the president CEO and being part of the senior management team, develop a sales organization to achieve Proceco’s growth objectives as the North American technology leader in the field of integrated and automated systems for parts cleaning, de-burring and surface treatment. Maximize company performance in each of the key vertical markets; Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and Rail & Transit.

Reports to the President CEO and part of the senior management team. Responsible for the P&L, the business plan and the strategy of a defense business unit. Responsibilities include setting the business unit strategic direction in the defense sector that is consistent with the company’s overall strategy and develop direct channels of communication at all levels with NATO armies, government agencies and OEM’s.- Developed and mobilized a global sales organization- Managed complex bids and contract negotiation- Developed and implement the overall sales and marketing business plan and strategies- Established competitive analysis, penetration plan and market & product positioning.- Established direct sales channel and distribution strategies among the NATO member countries.

Reporting to the general manager, being part of the senior management team and responsible for the P&L and the business plan for the Canadian division. Established a national OEM sales & marketing team, prepared & implemented a sale & marketing business plan, established global channels of communication among company divisions and negotiated local and global supplier agreement with major OEM customers .

Reporting to president, build and mobilize a business development team, create objectives and implement the growth strategy for the sales and engineering teams of the recreational product market segment. Proceed with technology forecasting and competitors analysis; align business strategy to maintain competitive advantages of the company for product and engineering services offered.
