1- Supporting the organization in handling and managing overall operations and business initiatives. Personally managing day-to-day operations that include logistics and vendor communications such as: - Point of Contact for all Medical Lab Equipment principals throughout Europe and US- Responsible to process the Purchase orders and Order Requisition verification - Assessing of freight and other overhead costs for consolidated shipments on case to case basis thru multiple Freight forwarding companies- Complete follow-up from the point of Freight estimation and up to delivery of products to respective clients- Interpersonal skills and presentation skills, teamwork and delegation of tasks- Writing required marketing materials per established corporate standards editorial style, consistency and accuracy standards2- Conversant with Financial Reporting for Sr. Management like:• Preparing components of Financial statements-i.e. Income statement, Bank Reconciliation, closing month end finalization• Following up Accounts Receivables & Preparation of Ageing Reports.• Custodian authority of petty cash and expenses thereon• Deriving landed cost of goods with the existing exchange rate by taking all costs into consideration• Supervise and monitor Stock Taking/Inventory, Preparation of Physical stock Cash verification Reports, Grouping, Checklists, etc.• Review / preparation of daily Payment Requests3- Handling RFI's / RFP's and Proposal Making to Onshore team in co ordination with Project Heads / Account Managers for Estimated input costs• Submission of responses to RFI'S / RFP's and Proposals to prospects throughout the nation (U.S.)• Co ordination for Customer Feedback and transfer of feedback to the U.S. team• Managing a team of three members in driving proposal initiatives. • Participating in strategy, status and follow-up meetings on proposals directly with Client.• Sole Point of Contact to the client for all proposal related initiative.
