Responsible for developing and cultivating key client relationships throughout the sales process by calling exclusively inbound leads. He or she will also be responsible for growing our existing book of business while generating revenue to exceed sales goals. Essential Job Functions:Generate high volume sales by focusing on new business and developing a sustainable sales pipeline.Execute all sales-related activity and thoroughly document activity in our CRM.Responsible for growing and maintaining a book of business while exceeding sales goals to support business initiatives.Provide consistent and outstanding customer service to all clients throughout the entire sales cycle.Maintain extensive knowledge of all company technology, product offerings, services, and systems to successfully service and cultivate accounts.Take initiative to enhance knowledge of the relevant vertical market industry, in addition to maintaining an extensive knowledge of the Direct Marketing industry in general.Knowledge, Skills and Ability:Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the company, as well as with various business contacts outside of the company, in an articulate and professional mannerMaintains knowledge of all Company services and productsMust have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsOrganized, with attention to detail and time managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment and provide consistent, high-quality resultsAbility to use classic and innovative approaches to salesUnderstand prospect vertical and business requirementsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsExperience with MS Office and CRM software
