I have extensive experience in sectors such as retail, payment services, government, banking, real estate, land & conservation management and civil engineering.My modeling approach is a combination of a systems approach, integrated modeling and concept modeling (Ross). This way of working starts with understanding your company as a whole, based on its environment, mission, objectives, principles, business strategy and concepts. It is followed with identifying the primary process flow or independent parallel primary process flows from different sales order families, type of customers or geographic characteristics. Each primary process flow is regarded as a low coupled subsystem within the enterprise. This reduces the complexity of relations with the environment and reduces the internal interdependencies. The basic functional (sub)system architecture, will then be based on the product lifecycle common to every business and on functions of strongly coherent activity. Subsequently structural details are tailored to represent the unique characteristics of the particular business enterprise that is being modeled. This approach produces an accurate and useful model of your business enterprise.
