My commitment can be gauged from the fact that I am an accredited holder of an honors degree in Business Administration, Specializing in Accounting from Mountains of the Moon University, Fort Portal Uganda.Possessing more than 9 years of experience of working in diverse administrative and financial positions with multiple employers, in internships, permanent jobs and consultancies. I have gained an extensive insight within this field. My key Accounting and financial and administrative competencies include, but are not limited to, maintaining financial records, managing budgets, Taxation returns, Payroll management, human resource management, Internal control systems control, risk assessment and business strategy reviews.I have had a chance to lead the Administration, Finance and human resource management departments for a period of more than 9 years with my current employers and carrying out a wide range of financial and administrative processes. This has greatly contributed to my career development, specialist’s understanding of financial and administrative instruments and accounting software.As a Part-Certified Public Accountant (Level two fresher), I am a good communicator, with good organizational, decision making and time management skills and have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.Proactive, innovative and highly influential, I am seeking a challenging but rewarding position, which is why I was naturally drawn to this exciting opportunity.
