Currently working with GENEX a cooperative based in the USA, on the Climate Smart Cattle Cooperative project as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system for Uganda. The CCC project is a five-year project being implemented in Uganda, Kenya and Nigeria. Key roles and accomplishment on the project to date are;• Set up the Monitoring, Evaluation and learning system for the project by developing the project Monitoring and evaluation plan, generating learning questions to aid in project learning for both implementers and recipient cooperatives• Supported in recruiting Monitoring and evaluation officers for each country to support in the day-to-day MEL activities of the project• Developed automated excel tools to support Dairy cooperative in both Uganda and Kenya to aggregate, analyse their business data that has eased on reporting and evidence-based decision making• Developed plan for building the capacity of Dairy cooperatives in data management especially- how to support board members in decision making.• Building in-country staff capacity in MEL related activities

An accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), information systems professional and statistician with the vision and leadership insights to strategically plan, direct and control organization operations. Have 10 years of experience in developing information systems, M&E systems, building capacity of project staff and stakeholders in M&E, data collection, design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative research as well as designing mobile data collection tools. Highly-motivated with the ability to multitask yet pay attention to detail and quality in order to achieve intended results within reasonable timelines. Expert in the design and conducting baseline, mid-level and project end surveys

Spear headed the learning partnership that would bring together different stakeholders, such as ministries both in Uganda and Ghana with aim of sharing knowledge, address learning questions at program, country and sector levels, as a result this led to enhanced evidence-based understanding of how the program models were fitting the local context to meet the needs and shape economic opportunities for young women in Uganda. Fabricated robust digital and physical tools for the data collection of the project such as use of ODK and statistical packages (R & STATA), conducted baseline studies on needs assessments and implemented the current standing M&E system. Learned and adapted project processes based on CLA data obtained throughout the project and coordinated with stakeholders to minimize risks and assumptions. Engaged broadly at the national level and with local government and the private sector, on analyses of the policies affecting youth in agriculture.
