In my role as an Assistant Professor at Işık University, I am responsible for teaching courses on "Ethics, Law and Society" for undergraduate classes and "International Organizations" for graduate class. I develop engaging course content and deliver lectures that encourage critical thinking among students. - Led research projects in social studies, public policy, and consumer behavior.- Conducted over 30 key informant interviews, 20+ focus groups, and surveys with 1,000+ respondents for the Şişli District during the local election period.- Served as an expert researcher in a capacity-building initiative for the General Directorate of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, collaborating with SEECO Project Implementation Units and Development Agencies. This included the “SEECO Institutional Capacity Needs Assessment and Reporting,” involving statistical analysis and reporting using the MAXQDA program, as well as enhancing collaboration among local stakeholders and SEECO beneficiaries.- Moderated key informant interviews for the “Sabancı Republic Mobilization” project in partnership with Sabancı Holding and INGEV, contributing to vital social development efforts through impact analysis.- Developed research design and tools for UNICEF and INGEV’s "Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) Study on Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Responsive Parenting," supporting significant social behavior change initiatives.

Brainstork is an online market research platform specializing in qualitative interviews. In my remote role, I delivered customer support, engaged in outreach to potential partners through cold email campaigns, and oversaw account management for regions spanning Europe and the Americas. Alongside these responsibilities, I crafted social media strategies and marketing materials. Leveraging my expertise as a research professional, I demonstrated a nuanced understanding of our partners' challenges and requirements. To streamline my workflow, I employed an array of tools, including Trello, HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the Lemlist Outreach Tool.

I was the Executive Assistant of Associate Professor Pervin Olgun who is the founder and the president of Barem Research. I worked closely with qualitative and quantitative project teams. I undertake specific roles such as coordinating the RfQs, conducting secondary research for projects, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research results. I have been appointed as a Project Coordinator of BAREM's artificial intelligence project on Employee Engagement Research funded by KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization). My main research areas were; Employee Engagement, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Government Backed Social Projects and Construction.

I've worked as a qualitative project executive in one of the leading research companies in Turkey. My main roles were organizing online FGDs and IDIs, managing local and international client relations, creating research designs, and analyzing qualitative research results. I've conducted projects in the automative, FMCG, and construction sectors.

I've worked as a research expert on Syrians Under Temporary Protection in Turkey. My project was "Increasing Public Awareness for Syrians in Turkey". In the project's fieldwork, I've organized twenty Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in ten different cities and nine in-depth interviews (IDIs) in three other cities in Turkey. FGDs and IDIs were open for NGO workers and public workers working for Turkey refugees. I've coordinated the qualitative part of the project regarding recruitment, transportation, and reservation processes. As a quantitative method of the project, I've created an online survey and analyzed them. After the fieldwork, we wrote a situational analysis report about Syrians in Turkey. I was a co-writer of the report with my two colleagues. I've researched news about Syrians, capacity-building projects for social cohesion, and Syrians' demographic status in Turkey.

Displacement Tracking Matrix (Project Based)I served as an enumerator for the "Displacement Tracking Matrix – Baseline Assessment 2" project conducted by IOM. This initiative focuses on monitoring the refugee and immigrant population in Istanbul, specifically targeting migration patterns, employment sectors, and determining the precise number of refugees in the city. Through this engagement, I acquired fresh perspectives by engaging with individuals, hearing their narratives, and analyzing socio-economic conditions across different districts.
