-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.-Manage recruitment process either by identifying candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks or by following up the process through vendors-Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.-Maintaining human resources procedures, laws and standards.-Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with laws.-Assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations.-Review payroll reports and timesheets for correctness before payroll transactions.
