UNHCR Social Protection Project• Supervising, monitoring, and supporting activities of 2 lawyers, 2 psychologists and 4 interpreters in every 3 municipality.• Coordinating advocacy/governance plans of the social protection and cohesion project in municipalities for the refugees -including city councils, annual strategy plans, mayor level coordination platform meetings, equal integration of refugees in local policies by working with different units.• Organizing social cohesion events for refugees and host communities by including municipal staff during the process.• Managing the procurement process of activities and materials • Supporting reporting officer by monitoring the reports of the members of the team including UNHCR Monthly Progress Report and Activityinfo.• Writing annual activity reports of the foundation and the project including all the annual activity plans, education programs, focus group discussions, speeches• Being responsible for building connection with different units of the municipality to expand the services provided for refugees, supporting municipality for organizing platform meeting within the context of refugees and preparing progress report to municipal authorities updating them about the actions taken under the Social Protection Desk.• Preparing and writing projects funded by the EU and UN agencies.
