Current* Management of turnkey automation projects in cartesian systems, welding applications, assembly lines and bonding projects especially in the white goods, automotive, glass and general industry sectors.* Conducting market and sector research to identify new potential customers.* Actively managing social media accounts and coordinating content production.* Finding partners and negotiating partnership agreements to expand the company's market reach and global recognition.* Conducting customer visits and on-site discovery meetings for projects.* Receiving and analyzing customer demands, and presenting appropriate offers.* Coordinating the process of converting accepted offers into contracts.* Evaluating project proposals and conducting preliminary project design processes as needed.* Calculating project costs, preparing proposal content, and sharing it with customers.* Recording order information after customer acceptance and contract signing.* Creating work orders for projects and coordinating with relevant departments within the company.* Developing project schedules and informing departments accordingly.* Monitoring processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.* Assisting the financial affairs department with invoice preparation and collection processes when necessary.* Handling and resolving customer complaints, suggestions, and service requests.* Representing the company at domestic and international fairs and events.* Managing and monitoring advertisements during the recruitment process and conducting interviews with prospective personnel.
