• Manage all site acquisition activities of 5 regions(reporting, payment list & process, management list,weekly performance meeting...)
• Manage payment processing and list control for each region.
• Monitoring the status of KPI & targets of regions,
• Work with regional site acquisition teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare periodical site acquisition reports to Site Acquisition Manager (New Site Lists, Total Management List, Renewal List, Payment List)
• Assist to Regional Site Acquisition Manager for outsourced companies’ contractual KPI and Target creation and track the achievements on weekly basis.

• Preparing performance reports of vendors as weekly and monthly
• Making design changes and improvement for vendor management model in accordance with the needs of Vodafone Turkey.
• Establish the proper communication channel and information flows between regions and central functions.
• Ensure that all contracts with the suppliers support the needs of VF Central Rollout.
