We built a Multilayer PWB that had to function at -321 degrees Fahrenheit (77 degrees Kelvin). One of our projects was on the New Horizons Pluto Project a Rigid-Flex PCB/tape cable for the flight instruments. The Mars Rover has over 50 PWBs, which we supplied to JPL. At Pac Sci Hollister we have built the main PWBs Rigid-Flex for the THAAD project including sculptured connector flex boards. We worked with PacSci on the EVK Program and manufactured a quick turn Rigid-Flex for Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) at our facility. We have been surveyed and approved by Boeing, L3, Northrop Grumman, JPL, and Rockwell Scientific for space applications.
