Howard (Butch) Eley, currently serves as Chief Operating officer for the State of Tennessee serving in the Governor Bill Lee Administration. Prior to joining the state, Butch was Chief Growth Officer of DBI Services. Previous to DBI, Butch was President of HDR | ICA which was the successor company to Infrastructure Corporation of America, a company he founded in 1998 to provide comprehensive asset management solutions for infrastructure assets. Butch has spent his career creating positive change for communities through political and governmental venues at all levels of government.
