I receive work requests on the computer and assign them to the various departments for them to doe the repairs. I schedule the Heating and A/C in all of the buildings on Campus for the different events and classes. And I also do all of the parts ordering for the Physical Facilities Department...And Oh yeah, I put up with all of these Knuckleheads here, of which I am probably the most hardheaded.
