Butch worked in the insurance claims field for 34 years before starting Butch's All American BBQ, Hog Mountain Ga. During his 34 years working in the insurance field, he catered, cooked for churches he attended and fed many in his home. While his oldest son Jason was serving in the U.S.A Army, he built a 20' x 22' out door kitchen off the back of his house in Lawrenceville Ga. where he polished he skills as a Pit Master. He works with his wife (Linda) of 40 years and their daughter (Melissa), each plays a significant roll in the restaurant. The restaurant opened on 7/28/2012, and according to their CPA, they are about 1 1/2 year ahead of schedule (things are going well!). Pls look for them on Tripadvisor and Yelp.
