Oversee administration of short- and long-term disability programs, FMLA, and leaves of absence (LOA) for wide variety of clients. Drive demand, project lifecycle efficiency, agile product development, business analysis, requirements gathering, and testing/release management. Steer new-hire, remediation, and general training initiatives; partner with audit teams to find training improvement opportunities. Keep apprised of ever-changing regulations/legislation and alert clients to changes. Direct new client implementations, projects, budgets, and platform tests/configurations. Support sales and client team operations. Lead and motivate global, cross-functional team of 125+ to peak performance levels; head Product Development, Project Management, Training, Auditing, Appeals, Best Practices (BP), and Clinical BP Divisions across 4 countries. Supervise Implementation Director, Implementation Technical Director, Best Practices Leader, Medical Director, Behavioral Health Director, Quality and Training Leader, Clinical Best Practices Leader, Business Analysis Leader, and Product Development Leader. Control $10 million budget; manage P&L.Delivered Results:* Consistently exceeded expectations of 60+ major blue chip clients* Achieved $35 million in new sales in 2014, and added another $15 million in 2015 by penetrating untapped markets.
