Leading a team of producers in the creation of video content for the worldwide EXTV hi-def in-store network reaching all Army and Air Force troops and their families. Includes management of all concept development, script writing, handling production logistics and overseeing post production of 10+ segments and commercials per week. Responsible for all high concept, large budget branding campaign initaitives including the recent "Exchange" rebranding and store redesign. Constant collaboration with various departments to provide consistent messaging to customers and to effectively promote AAFES products and value.

Fulfilling the role of Creative Director, managing all aspects of the script-to-screen process, from :30 radio and television commercials to home video series for the over 300 magazine properties of Primedia and third party clients. Duties include creative conception, treatment and copy writing, storyboarding, managing associate producers and production personnel from pre-production through production, directing field and studio shoots, managing graphic design, video and audio post-production on Beta and 16 mm film projects. Both as a producer for Primedia Productions and as an independent producer, deliverables include projects for: Seventeen Magazine, The Gravity Games, The Dallas Cowboys, The Apartment Guide, Fine Living Network, a full-scale marketing campaign for Primedia Productions, and numerous cable programs such as Motortrend and Hot Rod. Acted as show producer of eight episodes of Super 2NR TV on Spike TV in 2003 and as an independent producer the Making of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders 2003 Swimsuit Calendar which aired on ESPN and ESPN2.

Responsible for the entire script- to-screen process in the largest full-service production company in the Southwest. Main duties included initiating and leading creative meetings, conception, copy writing, storyboarding, pitching to potential clients, managing talent selection, auditions, production and post scheduling, location scouts and art design. Directing all talent and crew in the production of corporate projects and broadcast commercials shot on Beta SP, 16 and 35 mm film. Managing the post-production process by supervising film transfers, editing, graphic design, post audio design and interactive design to deliver effective media for clients such as EDS, Texas Instruments, AMD, ESPN, ABC Radio, The Texas Rangers and Frito Lay.
