Position: Human Resources & Administration Manager for N.C.X Company Limited: Responsible for all aspects of HR functions, Administrations, and Public Relations.Being a Top Management Team Member and HR & Admin Budget with main tasks and responsible. Develop and implement Human Resources and Administration Management strategies, policies and procedures. Plan, organize, direct and manage Human Resource and Administration to achieve departmental objectives and ensure Human Resource and Admin services are satisfied and ensure proper human rights procedures are implemented in compliance with labor laws and buyers’ codes of conduct. Determine manpower planning strategies and needs against current skills and requirement, with appropriate policies and procedures for recruitment. Ensure recruitment of quality staff on timely plan and in accordance with the required manpower. Develop and implement staff development and training programs and ensure the workforce is efficient and capable doing their jobs to supporting the business. Develop and implement employee relation policies and guidelines to be consistent with company philosophy and business needs in compliance with the local laws aiming to promote a harmonious and effective workforce. Retain and enhance employee commitment and cooperation. Ensure employee benefit program is in place and implemented. Ensure salary projection and payment is done on time. Be a member of the senior management and production team and contribute to the managing of the business to ensure on-time deliveries.
