Looking after all northern suburb branches Sandton,fourways ,Randburg and cbd. direct recruitment of sales staff and train them on the products and on how to sell. Go with them on the field and train on how to approach the clients what to say and ask.within a year was promoted to head trainer and Tecnical service where I train 20 staff a day on sales,company rules and regulation plus products and technical service.
