Having spent time at Sony where she worked between Tokyo developing product and the UK as the buyer in a commercial role working with a broad range of UK retailers. Gemma's previous roles include Chief Community Officer at social media start up WeAre8, which aims to make social media a better kinder place and provide business with a sustainable ad distribution platform.
