NOVO was a leading technology development and marketing firm that worked with Fortune 500 clients such as General Motors, Continental Airlines, Toyota, and Procter & Gamble. During Tom's tenure, NOVO had annual revenues of over $30 million and employed over 200 professionals in San Francisco, New York, and Chicago. NOVO was successfully sold to Publicis Groupe in 2001. • Negotiated all company contracts, including alliance agreements, intellectual property licenses, and multi-million dollar contracts with clients such as Orbitz, AT&T Broadband and Continental Airlines. • Prepared employment agreements, offer letters, and separation agreements. Advised HR with regard to harassment, discrimination, hiring, and terminations. • Directed outside legal counsel at three firms with regard to litigation and other specialties. • Led team of internal staff and outside attorneys with respect to the sale of the Company.

Represented public and private companies in connection with M&A, venture capital, and other public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
