I help companies own the road ahead through bringing bold new business paradigms into play, combined with the sales and marketing know-how to deliver in competitive global environments. Over the past 15 years I've partnered with Fortune 500 and private equity firms to set new benchmarks in revenue, EBITDA and market share growth. Sometimes that's meant bucking conventional wisdom and working at the ground level to pull off the "impossible", like helping an America-based company launch an Asia-based distribution arm successfully. At others it's meant going deep into the heart of how we're training and supporting our talent, and sparking global transformation from the individual level outwards. The priorities change, but what moves the needle at the deepest levels does not. Making this move a reality is what inspires me. Defining Traits:✓ Translating bold objectives into strategic plans of attack, and working across traditional boundaries to execute against a running clock. The most difficult challenges can't always be solved in a boardroom. When the situation calls for "in the trenches" problem solving, I'm the one who's frequently tapped to lead the charge. ✓ Avoiding "trend chasing" in favor of identifying, and leveraging, the fast paths to growth such as product line optimization and rebranding, process automation, cross-selling programs and strategic partnerships. I build the connective tissue which makes the various parts come together as a much greater whole. ✓ Investing in our people through training, new support and communication channels, and the cultivation of a growth-oriented mindset. I've had the privilege of turning around underperforming teams around the world, and have seen how quickly things like performance and retention can change when the trust and buy-in is there.
