Performed the transition for a global, financial-company spin off (NASD) by providing policies & procedures and Accounting outsourcing services.Performed the following tasks for a national public real estate entity, CarrAmerica. Project Lead for the configuration of the JD Edwards Financial Accounting system for the Property Management module. Reviewed system requirements, configured, conducted regression and unit testing and developed training manual for new functionalities in the Property Management module. Defined the policies and procedures for the development of Shared Service Center for the Property Management group.Provided the accounting operational support for a new joint venture with a large public retirement trust.
