As the Development Manager , I work closely with the Vice President of Development and the TKP team to shape our development strategy and drive development activities. Specifically, I work to ;1.Secure and increase funding to support TKP's operations and growth ambitions.2. Review, update, and manage systems required to implement fundraising activities.

TKP creates education, health care and economic development programs in partnership with communities in and around Kilgoris. Our programs target rural, school-aged children, so that they will form transformative futures for themselves, their families and their communities.Our business investments, women’s co-ops and local employees enhance local economic development and benefit children, families and the community at large.

ELOG is an organization whose vision is to ensure Credible, Peaceful, Free and Fair Electoral Processes in Kenya and the African Region.Keenly monitored the participation and inclusion of Special Interest Groups in the 2017 Kenyan general elections process in Uasin Gishu County. Evaluated the integration of the principles of equality and inclusion in the existing electoral laws, policies, rules and regulations as well as the affirmative action measures to ensure the full participation and inclusion of special interest groups in the entire process. Produced weekly and ad hoc reports on the electoral situation in Uasin Gishu County sent to the core team to be included in the mission’s main reports and findings. Observed party nominations, campaigns and the actual Election Day policy to assess the inclusion of SIG Candidates who included young candidates, PWDs, women and candidates from marginalized communities to enhance the transparency and credibility of the observed elections.
