At ACUNIA I worked on Wonka, a cleanroom Java Virtual Machine implementation. Wonka is a portable and self-contained VM with its own real-time operating system (called Oswald) that provides a complete solution for embedded devices.Most of my work focused on the design, implementation and testing of an adaptive JIT compiler and a graphical window toolkit (AWT) for Wonka. I led other engineers and students that were part of the Wonka team and helped with the launch of Wonka as an open-source product in October 2002.
