While my military service career expanded from 1973 to 1993, served in Korea and Fort Lewis as a Military Law Enforcement Officer/Acting Patrol Supervisor/Physical Security Specialist; later serving in Germany as an Administrative Supervisor in various assignments including as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Secretary of The General Staff, Commander, 7th Medical Command; then was privileged and distinguished to serve as an Army Drill Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant training an… Show more While my military service career expanded from 1973 to 1993, served in Korea and Fort Lewis as a Military Law Enforcement Officer/Acting Patrol Supervisor/Physical Security Specialist; later serving in Germany as an Administrative Supervisor in various assignments including as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Secretary of The General Staff, Commander, 7th Medical Command; then was privileged and distinguished to serve as an Army Drill Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant training an exponential number of civilians to become soldiers; after which served as the Battalion Operations and Training Supervisor of five 200+man basic combat training companies; and culminated as the Operations and Force Modernization Officer (during hurricane Hugo and it's recovery), responsible for the movement and safety, acquisition and deployment, of installation training equipment at Fort Jackson, SC. Finally serving in Germany as the Senior Administrative Supervisor, and as the Acting Sergeants Major for VII Corps Headquarters G-1, culminating in my selection as the selected Acting Sergeants Major for the VII Corps Rear Headquarters, for the Secretary of the General Staff. Leading and supervising the deployments, and re-deployments, of personnel and equipment required for combat operations, prior to and throughout theater operations, while assigned directly to the Corps, and the Corps Rear, Commanding Generals throughout Desert Shield/Desert Storm; and finalized my decorated Army career on the command staff of the United States Army Headquarters, Europe, Plans and Operations Division.
