• Responsible for delivering the official MCSE/XP Pro & MCSA/Vista curriculum• Work with students on a daily basis on gaining the technical expertise to pass difficult Microsoft Exams•Currently maintain an average of over 94% of students passing their MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) exams by graduation•Provide extra study sessions, assistance with Technical concepts and test taking practice through Microsoft approved Self Test Software Practice exams•Major topics covered; Vista Configuration, Active Directory, Windows Server 2003 Infrastructure, Networking, TCP/IP Routing, Security, Firewalls, ISA Server, Infrastructure design & Management and project planning•Manage a classroom & Network Environment for up to 30 students per class. As well as managing incoming students for the next class start (for a total of 90 potential Students)•Conduct pre-class support for all enrolled students, including Saturday Classes to prepare them for the start of their course
