Brand Manager 5. TeacherI made the decision to go back to college, earn my 2nd degree, and become an RN. I graduated as the valedictorian and top of my class. Now after two decades as an RN I realize that I have BECOME ALL FIVE of these things. How and why you may ask?I am an excellent communicator. I know how to engage different groups in conversation and can relate easily to people. My high-energy personality helps to keep morale high and discussion flowing and makes me a strong leader and manager. I easily understand and relate to those on my team, and provide the drive needed to push a project to successful completion. I seek balance, consensus and a safe space within my team, and strive to bring out the best in all.I am imaginative and enjoy the opportunity to express my creative style. As an original thinker I tend to work through problems differently and approach challenges with the mindset that an optimal and original solution can be found. My imagination often translates to positivity and determination in the face of problems.Finally have a strong social conscience.
