Responsible for the coordination of day to day activities pertaining to the maintenance and repairs on all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Life Safety Equipment, Machine Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment and all related equipment. Initially I did it all, right down to the very last detail. I was very much involved in every aspect of operations, marketing, financing, hiring, sales as well as public relations for the company. Now as Buzz Enterprises Inc has grown, my role has changed dramatically. I am very much a part of the day-to-day operations yet no longer solely responsible for seeing everything through. I have gone from being a very detail taskmaster, to more of a broad stroke leader. I oversee that our mission and purpose is adhered to at the highest standards possible. Also, I focus more on creating a winning culture, building a strong senior management team, and the budget as well as fundraising for the financial future of the company.

As a maintenance supervisor, I directed the work and staff in corrective and preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Notably, during my tenure, we built a robotic flexible weld line to weld components on plastic gas tanks for GM and Chrysler, which cut labor.

Managed daily operations, purchasing, personal, payroll, hiring, scheduled production & shipping, and maintenance in timely repair of all equipment.

Project management, set-up ISO 9000, purchasing, supervised electricians, pip fitters, mechanics building transfer, assemble, and weld lines, panel wiring, facility maintenance, start-up, and debugging of electric, PLC, mechanical, air, water, and hydraulic.

Supervised, project engineering, purchasing, facility maintenance, panel wiring, automation and installation of CNC & Lathe, field service start-up, and debugging of electric, PLC, mechanical air, water and hydraulic.

Hands-on plant manager responsible for the entire manufacturing floor, creating daily, weekly, and monthly parts production/workflow schedules to ensure projects were completed on time. Recruited, trained, and supervised up to 60 skilled contractors, such as electricians, pipe fitters, and mechanical builders, in building transfer, assemble; weld lines, and panel wiring. Supervised the corrective and preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and installed new machinery when appropriate.
